Mascon Computer Services Pvt. Ltd (MASCON) is a full service Electronic Publishing Bureau operating from India. We offer Document Conversion services. We convert from images or paper to Text into various text outputs formats employing OCR, Keyboarding and visual data entry technologies.
Our aim is to provide customers low-cost document conversion solutions without any compromise on quality or schedule. MASCON is a young and dynamic company managed by a group of Experienced, down to Earth Professionals, and specialized in Document Conversion Technologies. We have over 15 Years Experience in the areas of Data Entry, Data Processing, Text Processing and Drawing conversions.

Our People
At MASCON, people are recognized as a key resource, and great emphasis is laid on first recruiting the right people and then constantly training them in order to keep them in touch with the technology developments. All of them are fluent in written English and nearly all of them possess a college degree.
Apart from regular training programs, operators and proofreaders, undergo a special job-specific training before they begin work on any project. This ensures that they thoroughly understand the requirements of each project at hand.

MASCON’s
commitment to excellence is made possible by combining the best
of human skills with the latest in technological resources. Our
production facility uses specially trained operators along with
custom and general software to encode, enter and verify data. In
most cases, the keyed materials delivered to you will be ready
for immediate import into your application. This data can be
delivered on high capacity disks/cartridge tapes or via the
Internet if this facility is available at your site.
Over the years, our engineers have developed several proprietary software systems and tools that allow for developing customized solutions for any job. We routinely draw upon this extensive and growing collection of proprietary software to develop parsers and checking and conversion systems, which are specific to the requirements of a particular job to ensure the highest data integrity possible.
Our Quality
We believe that Quality is the only route to success. We make sure that each output that comes out of the production group is checked thoroughly by our Quality Group. The Quality Group is in constant touch with the Production unit to make sure that they understand the mistakes and prevent errors coming up again. We make check of each output carefully, until it is ready to ship. We have various programming tools to check for all other aspects of the Document Conversion Process. Besides, we develop programs as and when required to keep our Quality to the highest standards.
